Product Feature
This shrink wrapping machine is a fully automatic unmanned operation L-bar sealer which is widely used in mass production packaging line with high efficiency. Automatic film feeding punching device, manually adjustable film-guide system and feeding conveyor platform make the machine suitable for different width and height items.
Sealing and Cutting Part:
1. This cutting machine adopts constant temperature type aluminum alloy air knife ,cannot break line ,coke,smoke and no pollution.
2.The conveyor of finished product can transfer the product automatically and the time of transportation can be adjusted.
3.All the actions is completed via the cylinder,reduce the power of working and improve the working efficiency.
4.The cutter can protect itself automatically,can prevent the product which should be packed effectively,and it is the insurance of the safety of operator.
5.The machine can work without workers,and can be matched with product line,to make the working more automatically.
Heat Shrink Tube Part:
1. Advanced internal-loop design,high efficiency constriction,low energy consume.
2.Stainless steel heat shrink tunnel for pallet, long-life.
3.Activity roll conveyor(can be changed to net type).
